�� Step 1 — Ask for Authorization

Email service@auvirelkox.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Please wait for written approval and the designated return address before shipping.

�� Step 2 — Prepare the Parcel

· Return the item in original condition, unused where applicable

· Keep original tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact

· Include the invoice or order reference

· Use sturdy outer packaging and remove or cover old shipping labels

�� Step 3 — Send With Traceable Service

Use a trackable carrier and keep the receipt. Unless we confirm otherwise, return shipping and related costs for preference-based returns are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for parcels lost before reaching the authorized return facility.

�� Step 4 — Inspection

After arrival, the return may require up to 14 business days for inspection. Items showing use, damage, missing components, hygiene concerns, or failure to follow instructions may be refused or receive a reduced refund where permitted by law.

�� Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days after approval. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to display the credit.

�� Exchanges or Store Credit

Where inventory and policy allow, an eligible full-price item may be exchanged or converted to store credit. Availability is not guaranteed until the request is approved.

��️ Sale & Final-Sale Merchandise

Items marked “Final Sale” are not returnable except where required by law. Other discounted items may qualify only for exchange or store credit if the product page or promotion says so.

�� Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly—preferably within 7 days of delivery—with photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and order number. Do not discard the parcel until we provide instructions.

⛔ Non-Returnable Categories

For health, hygiene, safety, customization, perishability, or legal reasons, some products may be excluded from return once opened or used. Any product-specific exclusion will be disclosed where applicable.

�� Unauthorized Returns

Parcels sent without approval, to the business address, or to an incorrect facility may be refused, delayed, or returned at the sender’s expense. Hmm, one email before shipping can prevent quite a detour.
