These Purchase Conditions form an agreement between the customer and MR. CLOSEOUT, INC.. They work together with the Website Use Terms, Service Terms, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally able to contract and accept these conditions.

1. Placing an Order

An order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may verify payment, identity, address, quantity, or availability before accepting and fulfilling an order.

2. Reasons an Order May Be Declined

· Product unavailable or discontinued

· Incorrect price, description, or promotion

· Payment authorization failure

· Suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale

· Shipping restriction or incomplete address

· Quantity limits or duplicate orders

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately, but measurements, packaging, color, finish, and appearance may vary slightly. Device displays can also alter color. Product-page details should be reviewed before purchase.

4. Prices, Promotions & Currency

Prices may change without advance notice. Unless stated otherwise, charges are presented in U.S. dollars. Promotions are subject to stated conditions, availability, expiration, and exclusions. Pricing or typographical errors may be corrected even after an order is submitted, subject to law.

5. Payment

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected method for the order total, applicable shipping, and taxes shown at checkout. Your bank may impose exchange or international fees that we do not control.

6. Availability & Delivery Estimates

Inventory changes quickly and “in stock” does not guarantee immediate dispatch. Preparation normally takes 3–7 business days, with estimated transit of 10–20 business days after dispatch. Dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and destination conditions.

7. Taxes, Duties & Import Compliance

You are responsible for taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage, and import fees not expressly collected at checkout. You must ensure that products may be lawfully imported, possessed, and used in the destination jurisdiction.

8. Product Suitability

Before purchase, review dimensions, materials, warnings, compatibility, voltage, language, and local standards. Products may not include every manufacturer warranty, manual, support service, plug type, or certification available in other markets.

9. Address & Delivery

You are responsible for entering a complete delivery address. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. Risk of loss and title may pass according to applicable law and the carrier arrangement; nothing here limits non-waivable consumer protections.

10. Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, cancellation may not be possible. We do not impose a cancellation fee unless it was clearly disclosed before purchase and is lawful.

11. Returns & Remedies

Eligible returns are governed by the Return Policy. Please obtain authorization before shipping any item. Statutory remedies for defective, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods remain available where applicable.

12. Communications & Fraud Review

We may contact you by email or telephone regarding payment, verification, delivery, support, or policy matters. Communications may be retained for training, quality, security, and legal purposes where permitted.

13. Governing Law

These Purchase Conditions are governed by Florida law, except where mandatory laws of your residence apply. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remains effective.
